For the year 2023, we are delighted to announce that Maltalingua has once again received a prestigious nomination. The esteemed StudyTravel Star Awards have recognised Maltalingua as a finalist in the 2023 ST STAR English School Europe category.

This marks the third consecutive year that Maltalingua has been honored with this nomination, solidifying its position as the sole Maltese school to be shortlisted since the award ceremony's inception in 2006. This remarkable achievement is a testament to Maltalingua's unwavering commitment to providing exceptional services throughout the past 12 months.

Junior Course for Under 18s

We are thrilled to share that Maltalingua has received yet another prestigious nomination! The StudyTravel Star Awards has recognized Maltalingua as a finalist in not just one, but two categories for 2023. Specifically, Maltalingua has been shortlisted in the ST STAR Junior Course for Under 18's, a remarkable achievement in itself.

Obtaining a double nomination in the same year is an exceptionally rare feat, and we are immensely grateful to all our previous students who have provided valuable feedback. Their input has been instrumental in helping us continuously maintain and elevate our services and standards.

Inspiring ELT Professional Award 2022

Over the past 11 years, Maltalingua has always placed a huge focus on employing only highly qualified and passionate teachers. Many of our teaching staff have been with us for many years. In October of 2022, our very own teacher trainer, Paul Atkins, was selected as the most inspirational ELT professional in Malta. Paul's experience and knowledge within the industry are an absolute asset to the entire team here at Maltalingua and he has always been an invaluable part of our team.

This is the second time a staff member at Maltalingua has been nominated for this award. To receive a nomination is a significant achievement and winning it even more so. We are very proud to have such an excellent team of teachers and are delighted that our hard-working staff are recognised at such a high level.

Certificate of Excellence 2022

Maltalingua was selected again in 2022 as one of the few English-language schools in Malta to be recognised with a Certificate of Excellence. There were no awards given by Education Stars in 2020 or 2021 to any schools.

Recognised by the Swiss-based company Education Stars, Maltalingua was rewarded for achieving over 290 positive reviews across multiple platforms including Facebook and Google reviews, just to name a few.

Maltalingua School of English has been selected for two awards for StudyTravel Star Awards in 2022. A double nomination in one year is very rare and we would like to thank all our previous students who took the time to give Maltalingua feedback as we continue to maintain and improve our services and standards at all times.

The ST STAR English School Europe category has chosen Maltalingua as a finalist for 2020–2021.

This is the first time a school in Malta has been selected for this award since the ceremony began in 2006, and this nomination recognises that Maltalingua has continuously delivered outstanding services within the past 12 months.

Swiss Certificate of Excellence 2019

Maltalingua was selected as one of the select few English-language schools in Malta to be recognised with a Certificate of Excellence.

Recognised by the Swiss-based company Education Stars, Maltalingua was rewarded for achieving over 190 positive reviews across multiple platforms including Facebook and Google reviews, just to name a few.

Inspiring ELT Professional Award Malta 2019

Maltalingua places a lot of focus on ensuring it has only the most highly qualified, passionate, and best teachers. Many of our academic team members have been with us for many years. In October of 2019, one member of this team, Jeremy Glass, was selected as the most inspirational ELT professional in Malta. Those within the industry stated that this teacher was 'extremely inspirational and popular' and a 'true legend in the ELT industry', while others commented that 'his experience and dedication should be truly recognised'.

When receiving the reward, a humble Jeremy acknowledged his colleagues and the team and showed his appreciation while still making everyone laugh.

Being nominated for this award is a significant achievement, and winning it even more so. Maltalingua is very proud to have such a dedicated team of teachers and professionals and is delighted that their efforts are being recognised at such a high level.

Maltalingua is very proud to have been selected in 2018 as the best language school in Malta.

Reviewing thousands of online reviews across various platforms determines this prestigious award.

Maltalingua topped the survey with 4.7 out of 5 stars and an outstanding quality score of 98.83%.
