What students & parents say

Reviews from junior students who've stayed with us.

★★★★★

The classes were small enough that I actually had to speak. By the second week, I stopped translating in my head. The trips to Comino and Mdina made it feel like a holiday too — I went home with friends from five countries.

Louisa · Poland

★★★★★

My team leader met me at Frankfurt check-in. We flew together with five other students, and by the time we landed in Malta I already knew three of my classmates. My mum was way calmer about the whole trip too.

Rabea · Germany

★★★★★

Two weeks in Malta. I came home and my friends asked if I'd had English lessons or just made English friends. Both, really. The boat trip to the Blue Lagoon was the best day of my summer.

Frequently asked questions

What ages is the Junior Summer programme open to?

We run two age groups: Kids (8–12) and Teens (13–17). Both run as separate programmes with age-appropriate supervision, classes and activities.

Where is the summer school?

The junior summer programme runs from our dedicated summer campus in St Paul's Bay, in the north of Malta — separate from our adult school. The summer campus has air-conditioned classrooms, interactive whiteboards and ensuite bathrooms, in a peaceful residential area minutes from the promenade and sea. The junior residence is an eight-minute walk from the school.

What does the all-inclusive package cover?

Tuition (20 lessons of 45 minutes per week, up to 15 per class), accommodation in our junior residence or a vetted host family, three meals a day, full afternoon and evening activity programme, supervised excursions, airport transfers in Malta, insurance and the optional escorted flight from one of six European airports.

How does the 20% deposit work?

You pay 20% of the total course value to confirm your booking. The remaining 80% is due before arrival. The deposit is non-refundable.

Which accommodation should I choose?

Standard Residence is the most popular — sociable, with a full evening programme and live-in leaders. Superior Residence (16–17 only) is a hotel-style upgrade at the AX ODYCY Hotel with water slides and indoor leisure areas. Homestay is best for cultural immersion and natural English practice. Speak to our team if you'd like a recommendation.

How is supervision handled?

Our multilingual team is on duty 24/7 for the entire stay. Every leader holds an up-to-date police conduct certificate and completes safeguarding, child protection and first-aid training before the programme starts. Live-in leaders look after the daily routine in the residence; day & activity leaders supervise lessons, excursions and evening events.

What if my child needs to travel from a different airport?

Speak to us before booking flights. Our team will advise the closest pre-selected meeting point, or help arrange a standalone flight without the escort if needed.

What insurance do we need?

Insurance is included in our all-inclusive packages. We recommend students also hold their own adequate travel insurance covering the full duration of the stay.
